The V4 Tetrad is the newest sander form Surcare Australia. Tetrads small footprint (13") and lower height (12.6") make it a great sander for field work as well as in the shop. Tetrad is 110 volt sander and weighs just 26.5 lbs making it both portable and easy to operate in most any location. The Tetrad pad holds four 5" sanding pads making it four times as fast as any 5" sander. It's 6mm stroke (equal to the Festool and Fein random orbit sanders) provides a fine finish on solid surface, timber, metals (including Spray on), Marble, veneer, laminated surfaces, two pack, fiberglass, application of oils, polishing, sanding between coats. We recommend this sander for Solid Surface and wood. It matches the random orbit patterns of smaller sanders allowing for field seam work without having to blend out the whole top.random orbit sander
